HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping at MAMA KID is easy:

  • Use the GIRLS, BOYS and BABIES links to select your items.
  • Once you have found an item, choose the size and colour. Then click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button on the product page.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘VIEW BAG’ link at the top of the page.
  • Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ and then follow the easy prompts on screen to complete your order.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

It is possible to make an order by phone.

Simply call a customer care representative on + 852 2537 6715, between 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM, Monday to Friday.

After providing us with the details of the items you wish to purchase and your billing information, we will process your order.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No you can shop at MAMA KID without creating an account.

However we recommend registering with us to enjoy exclusive fashion news, offers, promotions and competitions. Registering allows you to save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.

I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To re-set your password, follow the ‘FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page.

Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MAMA KID ACCEPT & IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Unionpay.

All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal.

First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder’s billing address or work address.

This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from MAMA KID to your shipping address.

Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature.

HOW DO I KNOW MAMA KID RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please note this does not guarantee the merchandise is available.

HOW TO TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a SF Express or Hong Kong Post tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel an order email us at e-shop@mamakid.com. Once an item has shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

You have an option to cancel the order and place a new one. Please contact us at e-shop@mamakid.com.

WHEN I PUT SOMETHING IN MY SHOPPING CART AM I GUARANTEED I WILL RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE?

Unfortunately, items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Once your return package is received at our warehouse, an email advising that your refund is in process will be sent. Please note it may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card depending on your billing cycle.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

Exchanges can only be accepted for the same item(s) in a different colour and size, subject to availability and will only be made once we have received the returned item(s) and processed any additional payment which might be required.

DOES MAMAKID.COM SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES FOR THE SAME ORDER?

At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses for the same order.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. All deliveries require a signature.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EMAILS?

To unsubscribe from emails, please click here. It takes up to 72 hours to be unsubscribed from MAMA KID emails.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 10 days to decide whether to keep your items. Please follow the instructions on the Returns Form supplied with your order

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs, import duty and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

CAN AN ITEM PURCHASED ON MAMAKID.COM BE RETURNED TO A MAMA KID STORE?

Please note you may drop off your returns package In Store but returns cannot be processed there. Returns can only be accepted In Store with the completed Returns Form and packaging provided with your order.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?

A MAMA KID virtual gift card will be sent to the gift recipient once the item has been returned. For more information, please contact e-shop@mamakid.com. At this time, gift exchanges are not accepted on MAMAKID.COM

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to eighty-nine countries. Select your destination country from the International Shipping dropdown, located on the MAMA KID Checkout page. Free returns is not valid on international shipments.
