Returns & Exchanges

MAMA KID offers complimentary returns on all Hong Kong orders* only. No fee will be deducted from your returns. Orders outside of Hong Kong will need to pay to return an item. Please see below for more information. You can return an item purchased from MAMA KID within 10 days of receiving your original order. The item must be in its original packaging and with its receipt.

Please note that all undergarments, swimwear, headwear, leggings, hosiery, socks, accessories (jewelry, keychains, watches, umbrellas, sunglasses, hair accessories, brooches), books and prints (stickers, temporary tattoos, stationary), and toys (including plush) are a final sale. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items. Sale/discounted items are a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

*If your order weighs more than 2.5kg (volumetric) or has to be collected from a remote area and the cost of shipping your order exceeds our stated flat rates it may be necessary for MAMA KID to apply additional courier charges to your account.

Exchanges

In order to avoid disappointment we advise you to place a new order for any items you wish to exchange and request a refund for your return item/s, as the item/s you want may sell out in the time it takes us to receive and process your return. For more information, please email e-shop@mamakid.com


How To Return An Item

If you wish to return an item, simply e-mail e-shop@mamakid.com to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). We ask that you return your items to us within 10 days of receiving them. Please enclose this number with your items to be returned and follow the below steps:

If you are from Hong Kong, you are inside the threshold for FREE RETURNS

1. Complete the return form enclosed in your order, with the Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). You can also download a returns form here:

2. Wrap the item securely making sure the completed return form is inside the package.

3. Complete and affix the pre-paid SF Free Returns Label provided to the outside of the package. We suggest you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference.

4. Book a free collection with SF Express at +852 2537 6715 or visiting www.sf-express.com.

If you are an international order (including Mainland China), you are inside the threshold for PAID RETURNS

1. Complete the return form enclosed in your order, with the Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

2. Wrap the item securely making sure the completed return form is inside the package.

3. The return should be sent to: E-shop Returns, Mama Kid, 12/F, Wilson House, 19-27 Wyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong, SAR China. As return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until received by MAMA KID, please ensure you return using registered and traceable services. Don’t forget to request proof of shipping for your records.

Receiving A Refund

Refunds will be made to you within 14 working days from when the returned item(s) are received by MAMA KID.  The refund will be based on purchase price of the item(s), less any taxes or import duties. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

*Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from MAMA KID.

You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been received and processed.
